Pulled live from USDA's free AgTransport data when this page loads. This is a wholesale barge price, not a delivered price — your dealer quotes below will run higher once local freight and margin are added.

Labor & Wear and Tear
Optional — leave either at 0 to skip. Wear & tear defaults to $0.215/mile, the 2025 ATRI industry-average repair & maintenance cost per mile — edit it if you have your own number.
Fixed Costs (Insurance & Licensing)
Optional. Spread flat annual costs across your season's total fertilizer tonnage instead of guessing a per-mile rate.

Fuel cost = (round-trip miles ÷ truck mpg) × diesel price. Labor cost = labor rate × round-trip drive time. Wear & tear cost = its per-mile rate × round-trip miles. Fixed cost per ton = (annual insurance + annual license) ÷ season tonnage. Delivered cost per ton = dealer quote + (hauling cost ÷ load size) + fixed cost per ton.
